How can I place an order?

Simply browse our shop, choose your favorite products, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, head to checkout - it’s quick and secure.

Can I customize my order?

Yes! Many of our items are handmade to order, so small adjustments (like size or color) may be possible. Just message us before ordering and we’ll see what we can do.

How long does it take to make my order?

Since each item is handmade with care, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipping. You’ll get a tracking number once it’s on the way.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay through Squarespace’s secure checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been made or shipped yet, we can cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible at admin@pupformastudio.com

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the U.S. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
