Return & Refund Policy

At Pup Forma Studio LLC, we want you and your pup to be happy with your purchase.

• Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags/packaging.

• Exchanges: If you received the wrong size or a defective item, we’ll gladly exchange it for the correct product.

• Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.

• Return Shipping Labels: Customers may request a prepaid return shipping label by emailing admin@pupformastudio.com with their order number. We will provide the label as a downloadable PDF for you to print and attach to your package. There is no cost to the customer for return shipping.

• Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive the returned item, back to the original payment method.
